Beyond Craigslist, Many Markets For Sex Traffickers : NPRIn the years WiredSafety has been working with Craigslist I have found them to be honest, willing to assist law enforcement and safety organizations and utterly opposed to sexual exploitation of any kind. I fear this recent campaign is a result of their lack of media/political experience more than their actual practices.
Tens of millions of users buy and sell homes, rent and share apratments, hire and seek jobs and look for and offer household items and cars. I would hate for this to blind regulators and the public to the value and utility of craigslist and the vision of Craig Newmark.
my 2 cents
