Hunterdon online bullying case is a crime, High Bridge chief says | NJ.comit is still very unusual for teens to be charged with a crime when cyberbullying is implicated, unless there are threats of serious bodily harm or property destruction. Interestingly enough, now far away, in Warren Township, teens were charged with cyberharassment about 8 years ago in one of the first criminal cases of cyberbullying in the US.
